Bistro & Beignets began in 2021 with one truck, three menu items, and a family dream — bring authentic New Orleans beignets, boba tea, and savory eats directly to the people.
What started as weekend pop-ups grew into full-service event catering across the Treasure Coast. Today we serve 500+ events a year, from 25-guest birthdays to 500-guest festivals.
What hasn't changed: everything is made fresh to order, served with love, and treated like it's for our own family celebration.

Bistro & Beignets was born from a simple dream: bring the joy of fresh, delicious food and great entertainment to the people of Port Saint Lucie and the Treasure Coast.
As a family-owned business, we understand what it means to pour your heart into something. Our beignets are inspired by the classic New Orleans tradition — light, fluffy, dusted with powdered sugar, made fresh to order. Our boba teas are crafted for those who crave something different, with perfectly chewy pearls in every sip.
When we discovered our community wanted more than great food — they wanted full event experiences — we expanded into entertainment packages: DJ, live bands, face painting, and balloon animals. Then came gourmet catering for corporate clients who needed white-glove service.
Today we serve an 80-mile radius across South Florida, handling everything from casual street stops to 500-guest corporate galas. One truck, every experience.
